Dean Gallagher here and I’m a Personal Trainer from Bolton. I’ve been personal training for 5 years now and it really is my dream job.
I got into PTing because health and fitness is my life, it is my true passion and I love helping people, pushing them out of their comfort zone to get them to reach their goals.

Honestly feel so overwhelmed by the changes Iv made & seen to my body over the past 3 weeks through training right & eating the right foods ect!
